Instant Web Share
What is Instant Web Share?
Instant Web Share generates a temporary web link to any score. The recipient opens it in their browser and gets a full interactive player — no app or account needed. Links expire after 7 days.
This is the fastest way to share a score with a bandmate, teacher, or collaborator. One tap, one link.
How to Share
- Open a score in Reflow
- Tap the Export button (Mac: File > Export, iOS: share button in the toolbar)
- Select Web Share (the first option)
- Tap Share
- Copy the link, or use the Share and Open in Browser buttons
The link looks like https://play.reflow.app/abc123/ and works on any device with a web browser.
The Web Player
Recipients see a full interactive score player:
- Audio playback with cursor tracking and bar highlighting
- Click anywhere on the score to seek to that position
- Speed control — choose from 0.5×, 0.75×, 1×, 1.25×, 1.5×, or 2× playback speed
- Loop markers — drag A and B markers to barlines to repeat a section
- Progress bar — scrub to any position in the score
The web player renders the score as an SVG with synchronized audio. It works on desktop and mobile browsers.
Evaluation Mode
In evaluation mode (before purchasing Reflow), Instant Web Share exports are limited to the first 10 measures and include a light watermark. Speed control and loop markers are available to all users. A one-time purchase removes the measure limit and watermark.
Tips
- Band rehearsal — share a score before practice so everyone can listen and loop difficult sections
- Teaching — send a passage to a student with the loop region pre-set (they can adjust it)
- Quick feedback — share a work in progress without sending a file
- QR code — copy the link and generate a QR code to display on a projector or print on sheet music
